* Copy of the old visas received for Angola
* Person without Belgian nationality: copy of the residence card
* Copy of the Belgian identity card
* 1 original visa application form (Capital letters + black ink)
* 2 identical color passport-sized photo
* Proof of yellow fever vaccination (original + copy)
* Original certificate of good moral conduct (translated in Portuguese)
* Original certificate of residence signed by the Town hall ( in Portuguese)
* Flight confirmation + ticket number
* Hotel confirmation
* Invitation issued by the municipal government and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with a copy of the identity card of the relative and a statement confirming that the head takes care of all expenses related to the visit (for family or friends visit)

Business :

* Original guarantee letter from the Belgian company (Portuguese)
