New "Biometric Visa System" has been launched from 30.11.11!

Important notices:

•All visa applicants must apply in person at the Consular Section to submit biometric data (fingerprints and facial image). In case of refusal, visa application cannot be processed;
•The Consular Section reserves a right to require any additional documents that it considers to be necessary for visa application procedure;
•No assurances regarding the issuance of visas can be given in advance. Therefore, the purchase of non-refundable tickets should not be made before visa approval is granted.
•All foreign citizens visiting Azerbaijan for more than 30 days must register their passports with the local law enforcement authorities.





Toursim :

* International passport (valid 6 months after return) with at least two blank pages
* Person without Belgian nationality: copy of the residence card
* Copy of the Belgian identity card
* 1 visa application form
* 2 identical color passport-sized photos (attached on the application form)
* Flight confirmation
* Official hotel confirmation from the travel agency in Azerbaijan (with stamp of the ministry in Bakou)
* Letter from employer confirming that you are working there (if unemployed letter from vdab) only in English

Business :

* International passport (valid 6 months after return) with at least two blank pages
* Person without Belgian nationality: copy of the residence card
* Copy of the Belgian identity card
* 1 visa application form
* 2 identical color passport-sized photos (attached on the application form)
* Flight confirmation
* Official registered (with stamp of the ministry in Bakou) invitation letter from the company in Azerbaijan
* Guarantee letter from the Belgian company
