* Copy of passport (valid 6 months after return)

Business visa :

* International passport (valid 6 months after return) with at least two blank pages
* Person without Belgian nationality: copy of the residence card
* 1 visa application form
* 1 color passport-sized photo
* Guarantee letter from the Belgian company
* Official invitation letter from the company in Cuba registered by the ministry of foreign affaires
