1-Domain
The present general sale conditions settle the current and future relationships of
BELGIUM VISA SERVICE and its customers.
It supersedes any conflicting clauses, prior representations, discussions, undertakings, warranties, communications or advertising relating to the services of BELGIUM VISA SERVICE.
Each explicit derogation that will be accepted by BELGIUM VISA SERVICE will be limited to the sole subject of this derogation, whereas the current conditions remain applicable for all clauses non conflicting with this derogation.

2-Payments
Invoices issued by BELGIUM VISA SERVICE are payable on arrival.
The invoiced prices are the prices in use on order date.
Each process undertaken by BELGIUM VISA SERVICE is payable, regardless the result.

3-Responsability
1) For the execution of the orders she receives, BELGIUM VISA SERVICE commits herself to use all the means normally at her disposal.
2) Except explicit contrary terms of the agreement, she is kept to a result only if de execution of the requested service depends solely of her will, whether it is about the service itself, the delay or particular execution procedures for another cause, for which she can not be held responsible, it will not be of her responsibilities.
3) A part from the exception discussed in the previous paragraph, each service for which the delay, the conditions for execution itself –entirely or partly – depend on a public or private person, third to the BELGIUM VISA SERVICE, is hold by an obligation by means . This is particularly true in order to obtain certificates, documents, approvals, visa, any administrative decision, coming from either a public or a private person.
4) It is agreed between parties that the handling, the shipping, the transport of documents or objects confined to BELGIUM VISA SERVICE can be done through specialised companies or by the postal services. In that case, the contractors of BELGIUM VISA SERVICE will seek the responsibilities directly from these third parties or from the postal services.
BELGIUM VISA SERVICE’s responsibility is limited to a maximum amount of 100 Euro per requested service or submitted object.
5) In any case BELGIUM VISA SERVICE is released from her obligations in case of circumstances beyond her control such as flood, fire, total or partial strike, block out.

4-Legal competencies
You consent and agree that these General Sale Conditions shall be governed and construed under the laws of the commercial court of Brussels. Each order implies full agreement with present General Sale Conditions, which has been delivered to all contracting parties before any order.
