* 2 pictures
* flight reservation
* invitation letter on which the following sentence should appear in the letter: "acceptance of full immigration responsability on behalf of the visitor"
(non Nigerian citizens issuing invitation letters should enclosed a copy of their residence/work permit or certificate of nationality)
* guarantee letter from the Belgian company
* copy of the resident I.D. card for non-Belgian citizen
