The Company Belgium Visa Service has been created on April 1997. The 3 associates have each, an experience of the business of more than 20 years, first as employee from a travel Agency, then as independent.

The employees are trained personally by our selves when they start.

For a confidentiality reason, we cannot give the names of our Customers without their authorization.

Our Company is the service visa of all the big Tour Operators from Belgium and Luxembourg.

Big International Companies call on us for their visas and legalizations of documents, and also the visa service of France, Holland and the United Kingdom.

Belgium Visa Service got the opportunity to have privileged relation with several Consulates/Embassies in Brussels.

We also have contacts in Russia, which allow us obtaining a visa support/invitation letters for tourist or business visa within a reasonable delay, and with competitive prices.

Furthermore, being 3 active partners, we are not held of the office hours. Then, if necessary, we will not hesitate to give our service outside the office hours, and make the request and the delivery of the passport, with the condition of course that we have the passport and other documents in our possession.
