APPLICAPLES RATES FROM 1 April 2011
VISA SERVICE

PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS:

- In 48 hours
All our records are open, audited and filed at the consulate within 48 hours after receipt of the request.

File containing 1-5 passports: 40euros/passeport
Folder for a group of 6 to 10 passports: 35euros/passeport
File for a group of 11 passports from: 20euros/passeport

- In 24 hours:
The file is processed within 24 hours after receiving the request.

Supplement: 20euros

- Emergency:
The file is processed upon receipt of the request.

Supplement: 50euros

These rates apply for a cash payment or direct debit. Any payment by credit card will be increased by 2% for payment by Visa or Mastercard and 3% for payment by American Express.

For payment at 30 days, an increase of 15% for cash advances will be applied to the entire bill. Any unpaid bill may be sent to a collection agency.

We mean by folder or group of persons who travel together for a tourist with the same dates of departure and return. We draw your attention to the fact that for some destinations, the group visa is a single visa for the whole group.

Withdrawal of a U.S. passport: 100euros

1st passport in the folder: 100euros
For additional passport: 25 euros



ADDITIONAL COSTS:

Payment of visa fees by wire transfer: 7.50euros

Electronic application for Saudi Arabia (in 24h): 60euros/pers.
Electronic application for Saudi Arabia (express): 110euros/pers.
Russian tourist visa support (30jours/1entrée): 40euros/pers.

TRANSLATION INTO ARABIC FOR LIBYA:

- Translation of passport:

Translation of passport: 20euros/pers.
Seal of the Department: 15euros/pers.

- Translation of document:

Translation of document: 30euros/document

SHIPPING:

The return of passports is done by an external service (KBS). Rates may be changed in case of increasing the share of external service.

Delivery in Brussels or in the 19: 15euros
Delivery in Belgium within 24 hours: 35euros
Delivery in Belgium within 48 hours: 15 euros

For delivery within the same day, a mileage rate will be applied.

If for reasons beyond our control, a file fails, a normal statement and transportation costs will be charged.

These rates are per embassy and include verification of a file, folder and removing the case to the consulate and 1 point for compliance or rejection.

This fee does not include:

- Cost of visa
- Travel additional consulates on customer request
- Sending a special letter to an embassy located outside Brussels
- VAT 21%

We draw your attention to the fact that the granting of a visa is the sole decision of the consular authorities.
We pledge to use every means in our possession to satisfy your request but we can not be held responsible for any refusal or failure to meet the deadlines by the consular authorities.
In case of non-payment of bills on time, we reserve the right to block files in current or future without notice to you.
We reserve the right not to process a file that could damage our reputation with the consulates.
