USA: To put additional pages in the passport or a passport renewal: 100.00€

We understand by file/group, persons who are travelling together, in a tourist purpose, with the same departure date and the same return date. We would like to get your attention to the fact that for some destination, the visa group is a unique visa for the entire group.

Extra fees:
- Cost of the payment of the visa fee paid by bank transfer to the consulate’s account (see consulate option in our website): 7.50 €
- Registration on the website of the Consulate of Saudi Arabia (fee included): 40.00 € + 21% VAT
- Libyan translation passport 20.00 €

- Voucher visa support for Russia (1 month, 1 entry): 40.00 €
- Regularization of a Russian file (ex. H.I.V test, resident I.D. card): 100.00 €

These prices are per embassy and include:
• Checking of the file.
• Introducing and having back the request to the consulate
• A phone call for a regularization of a file.

These prices do not include:
• The fees of an obtain visa
• Pick up and return of the documents
• Additional intervention to the consulates on the demand of the client.
• Sending a special courier to an embassy located outside Brussels.
• The VAT of 21%.

Remark:
• A pick up or the delivery of the passports by our service is invoiced:
- In Brussels 11.50 €
- Around the periphery of Brussels: 20.00 €
• The delivery to the airport of Brussels National is invoiced at 20.00 €
• The delivery of passports through an extern service (KBS) is invoiced at 11.90 € /delivery in 24hrs. This cost can be changed in case of an increase of the price fixed by the extern service.
• Any complementary intervention (ex. re-call by phone) for a file’s regularization will be charged by an extra fee of 5.00 € per request and per service.
• If, for many reasons independent from Belgium Visa Service, a request does not succeed, a normal intervention + the transport fees will be invoiced.


• We would like to take you attention to the fact that any decision to grand a visa belongs only and solemnly to the consular authorities.
• We we’ll do anything that is in our skill to answer your request. However, we cannot be taken for responsible if the consular authorities refuse the visa or a non respect of the delays.
• We reserve the right to block all request or future files if there are unpaid bills within the delay, and this without prior warning.
• We reserve the right not to treat a file that may harm our reputation at the consular.
