Basic documents for a visa appication:
* passport valid 6 months after return
* 2 application forms
* 2 pictures
* travel inssurance

Business:
* invitation letter from Tadjikistan

Tourism:
* hotel reservation (voucher)

Delay: 2 days (if authorization is at the Consulate)
